Friendly and professional. Had no issues getting answers to questions I had throughout the process of having a new AC unit installed. I almost can't wait until the smaller unit to go out so they can intall it too. I am also going to use them for my semi annual checks. As I believe the other company knew that the compressor was going bad, however they did not make a note or inform me. I recommend this company for anyone who is looking for an honest and professional service.

Knowledgeable technicians who do not try to up-sell. I had a problem that was diagnosed un-repairable by another company and they came out and serviced my unit and gave me options to repair NOT replace! I referred them to a neighbor who had them install a new system the next week and they are just as happy as I was. It felt like I was dealing with family ....... Don't pass this company up!

A duct section on my HVAC was disconnected and need to be repaired and connect. Oliver(tech) came in check, repaired, and connect the duct section back. He did it quickly and efficiently and charged me a fair price. I have called another company before and they want to charge me $449 for the same job. AC Comfort did a good and are honest.
